Where do I even begin to tell you how much I have fallen in love with this place, I'll start by saying that I wake up every morning to paradise and thank the heavens up above for such a stunning and beautiful place. These days, I wake up at around 4:30ish am and greeted by the local house band orchestra that sings beautiful rhythms specially for me as no one is up at the time except for a couple of people.
You would pass Biggin before you took your next blink, but that's the charm a sleepy nothing much happens here kind of village. People come from everywhere to Biggin but the main attraction is Hartington, just 2.2 miles down the road. Did you know 22 million people visit the Peak District every year, yup that's 2.57 times the population of Londinium. Why? Well, it's simply magical here and to me it's addictive too.
